These sessions are aimed to keep fit and build form for the coming tri, racing and sportive season.
Sessions are based on club members and guests coming together with guidance on form.
The aim will be to work on absolute basics and to everyone's level and thoughtout the course improve your cycling fitness.
All that is required is a bike, turbo and a sense of fun.
