Introduce Basic Elements of Yoga

These sessions are aimed to introduce basic elements of yoga, core work and strength training.

Work on Absolute Basics and to Everyone's Level

Sessions are based on club members coming together to do some exercise with guidance on form.

The aim will be to work on absolute basics and to everyone's level. You don"t have to be able to get your legs behind your head to attend... of course if you can...

All that is required is a yoga mat and a sense of fun. Each session will include elements of yoga, core and strength that you can practice at home also.
